OTR Company Drivers

Dry Van:
- Top 10% of drivers earn $93,000 per year
- Up to 63 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses)
- Base pay: 45-55 CPM
Flatbed:
- Top 10% of drivers earn $102,000 per year
- Up to 68 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses)
- Base mileage pay: 50-60 CPM
- Base percentage pay: 31% + up to 2 CPM in bonuses
Reefer:
- Top 10% of drivers earn $92,000 per year
- Up to 67 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses)
- Base pay: 49-59 CPM
Flexible weekly or bi-weekly home time depending on location
100% no-touch freight for Dry Van and Reefer
Paid Flatbed tarping and load securement training

OTR Owner Operators

Flatbed:
- Top 10% of drivers earn $200,000 per year
- Mileage pay: $0.84 per mile empty, $1.34 per mile loaded
- Percentage pay: 75% of line haul + fuel surcharge on all loaded miles
Reefer:
- Top 10% of drivers earn $ 200,000 per year
- Mileage pay: $0.80 per mile empty, $1.24 per mile loaded
- Percentage pay: 72% of line haul + fuel surcharge on all loaded miles
Flexible weekly or bi-weekly home time depending on location
Up to 2 CPM safety bonus
100% no-touch freight for Reefer
Paid Flatbed tarping and load securement training
